The program comes with full daily medical support on weekdays if any extra assistance is needed. We give 12 hour a day /5 day a week doctor support via text and e mail. On weekdays the staff will answer questions via e mail.

We offer an initial totally free consultation with the doctor where one can talk about the issues needing assistance and can ask all the questions one needs. After this, one can decide if what is offered is what one is looking for. The free session doesn’t bind to anything. It is really free.

That depends on the session, we offer different services that run from $30 up.

Yes. We offer group sessions for people with the same issues. If one has friends or family members with the same interests or problems we offer special discounted group pricing. A group starts with 2 individuals. The price varies depending on the number, the more people the greater the discount.

All what is shared is private between doctor and client. No other entity has any access to any information shared. Like in all medical there will be a privacy form to sign between client and practice for extra assurance and security.

Absolutely, at any time. We only ask to cancel at least 48 hours prior.

The staff will help you set up the session via e mail. Date and time will be selected according to our availability and the client’s own schedule.

That varies depending on the bookings but we do reserve Wednesdays for new clients only.

Telemedicine is done via internet, the client just needs an Oculus device. We then give access to the software on our side and the doctor leads the session from the distance.
